| Years ago, I learned about the powerful therapeutic benefits of art and creativity. Once I discovered Artbundance™, I knew it was what I was born to do. Since obtaining my certification as a Coach and a Practitioner, I have continued my education and will earn a BA in Therapeutic Creativity within the next year, giving me many powerful tools to help in your unfolding. They can help you take a different angle toward solving difficult issues or just learning more about yourself. Talk therapy has such great benefits. But sometimes, you don’t have the words for what you’d like to work on. Maybe, despite your best efforts, you feel like you’re not making the progress you’d like to see. My approach is different in that we will tap into your right-brained, creative side to uncover aspects of yourself you may have forgotten. Best of all, this work is actually fun!
