Creativity has always been a huge part of who I am - helping me survive a number of life-altering events in my childhood & early adult life - teaching me the power of our creative natures. I believe we are all endowed with a creative force that is essential to the inner workings of all aspects of our lives. Whether tapped for its restorative and healing properties or used to inspire decisions, changes, or growth... creativity is the key to living a more authentic life.
I'm a blogger & creative non-fiction storyteller, a for-fun painter, a serious on-the-side decorator, a natural organizer, the wife of an engineer/musician, and the mother of two beautifully creative daughters. I am deeply excited to share my creative energy & experience as a Certified ARTbundance™ Coach and Practitioner.

I've experienced great challenges in my life, that at one time threatened to ruin my belief in the magic of living a creative existence, but through these experiences I've obtained a priceless education in healing through creative nurturing, the principles of discovering inner confidence & trust through creative endeavor, and the power to believe in dreams & achieve them through creative practice. I feel that my experiences allow me to bring a unique set of skills, ideas and talents to creative collaborations.
